One of the standout features of the property was the spacious room, which provided ample space to move around. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the view of the town from my room was quite nice. The room's shower was impressive, providing a refreshing start to the day, and the lighting was well-designed, creating a pleasant ambiance.

However, my stay was not without its disappointments. The restaurant staff left much to be desired, as their unfriendly demeanor detracted from the overall experience. The pool water had a yellowish tint, which was off-putting. Additionally, the promise of a TV with Netflix access was unfulfilled, as I couldn't access the service. The lift operation was slow, especially during peak hours, leading to frustrating delays.

The service was top notch and apart from that the hotel is located with a shopping mall which is a convenient for tourist that loves shopping.

Comfortable room and environment.

The toilet bidet tap was not working as its supposed to be (the press button not working, water continuously flow when the wall-mounted valve is opened). It was highlighted to reception, but was claimed that it is designed that way. It's very inconvenient to wash bowel, unless wasting water is a norm.

The room has a slight bad odour. Probably, it is good to have the aircon switched on before we enter the room.

Hotel is connected to the Bintang Megamall, which is nice, you can shop till night. The room was great, we get to choose either high floor or lower, we choose higher. Room was equipped adequately, TV, fridge, bathroom amenities and WiFi Staff was ok I guess, cheerful and helpful

No bellboy to assist us after checking in Parking was terrible, I come during peak hours, between 6-8PM, hardly get a spot for parking as the locals here also shops and dine in at the Megamall Biggest setback is the lifts/elevators, very slow and takes ages to get The bed also not at its best condition, very springy and by the morning, we can feel soreness on our back

-no bathrobes -bathtub is not clean - aircond needs to be fixed. it makes noise

Location is great, breakfast was not bad.

I've stayed here before and it was fine. But for this trip i booked the room a day before, so not a lot of option left....so had to choose the bigger room and pay more than the room i booked before. When we arrive, the aircon wasn't working properly, imagine being in a big room with that a/c.... called the reception and few guys came, did something to the aircon and asked us to leave it for few hours and it was still hot. Got upgraded to a different room and still face the same problem...at that point we were too tired to complain (and i dont think there is anything else they can do) so we just slept in the warm air. Please improve your air conditioning.

Facilities and room size exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied. Free parking within the building was a pleasant surprise too. Really love the shopping complex just below the hotel too. Overall an enjoyable experience with the place.

Check-in service could have been a wee bit faster. Breakfast buffet probably needs a little bit more variety and check-out time seems a little earlier than expected at 1200 (got used to 1400 check-out time).

The location was perfect and near to the shopping mall.

The room was a little tired and needs renovations. The shower was not working properly with low water pressure making it hard to take a decent shower. The A/C was noisy and the paint on the walls were peeling off.

I like the bed. It was so cosy.

I booked the room with a big size bed. I was given a room with 2 single beds. I went to the counter, she said that they have informed me of the room and I've agreed but the fact is that I was told that the room was ready..just that! When I complained, they told me that the rooms with the big size bed are not available. But then, a man came.. I explained the issue and voila, I was given a room with a big size bed. The room with a big size bed is available.. So magic! Facilities are very good but the only thing needs to be improved is the service.

The only thing that was okay was the swimming pool.

Our experience was horrible. First, NO DESIGNATED PARKING for hotel occupants. We have to drive 5 TIMES! and finally got a parking and it was only adjacent to the wall (not a designated parking line). Second, when we checked in, they gave us a room that is STILL OCCUPIED! We went in, stuff all over the place, unmade bed, bathroom door opened, food on the table. I immediately rush downstair and complained and they just said "in our system it's stated clean" and that's it. No explanation whatsoever. Third, the room was NOT CLEAN. It was dusty! My mom and I had dust allergies and we are sneezing and wheezing the whole stay. And we were only there for one night! My dad have asthma, he end up cannot sleep well the whole night because of asthma and develop allergies. He has to go to the clinic when he came back to treat his asthma. My sister also cannot sleep because her eyes itches and red due to the dust. I saw dustbunnies on the carpets on the corridor and outside our door. Fourth, we went out at 10am the next morning (not yet check out time) and when we came back, we could no longer use our key card. We have to go to reception again to renew the key card and they gave no explanation on why it didn't work when we asked. It is bothersome considering that the elevator was super slow and have a lot of stop (due to people from shopping mall also using the elevators). All in all, I would not recommend staying here if you value good service and cleanliness.

Clean and great location.

I have to wait for 2.5 hours to get myself check in and have to wait in quite long line. I made a booking through booking.com and to my surprise they asked me when did I do my booking and I was shocked because it supposed to be in their system. I had to go to the front desk thrice to get myself check in. This is very disappointing and need to be improved from time to time.
